Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions seeks an AUTOSAR Technical Software Architect to lead and hands-on troubleshoot Classic/Adaptive AUTOSAR ECU platforms in Auburn Hills. You will guide architecture, BSW/MCAL/RTE integration, and cross-team collaboration for real-time issue resolution.

The role requires deep AUTOSAR expertise, strong C/C++ skills, and hands-on tool experience (DaVinci/SystemDesk). Onsite full-time with cross-functional coordination across vehicle networks and validation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 15+ years embedded software experience with AUTOSAR architecture, BSW, MCAL.
• Hands-on with AUTOSAR authoring tools (DaVinci/SystemDesk).
• Strong knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet networks and automotive software processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, hands-on support for triage, debugging, and reproduction of AUTOSAR ECU issues.
• Lead code, configuration, and design reviews for AUTOSAR BSW, MCAL, RTE, and application layers.
• Guide root-cause analysis and ensure no regressions and quality compliance.
• Lead cross-module discussions to resolve ownership across AUTOSAR stacks and teams.
• Work with systems, electrical, and validation teams to define software requirements.
• Ensure seamless ECU integration across CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet networks.
• Promote best practices in AUTOSAR architecture, validation, and reuse.
• Mentor senior engineers on AUTOSAR concepts and implementation patterns.
• Support long-term AUTOSAR roadmap and platform strategy.
