Qualifications

• BS in Aerospace, Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years in aerospace systems engineering.
• Experience with safety analyses (SSA, FHA, FMECA).
• Proficiency with requirements management and traceability tools (Jama, Polarion, DOORS).
• US Person for export control compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level requirements definition and traceability.
• Conduct trade studies for architectures and component options.
• Lead System Safety Assessments and FMECA.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration across software, hardware, GNC.
• Define and manage verification and validation strategy.
• Lead TRR/FRR and mentor junior systems engineers.
