Rivian seeks an Autonomy Systems Integration engineer based in Palo Alto to advance Rivian's ADAS and autonomy features. You will work with Rivian SW teams on data collection platforms, HIL benches, and in-house ECUs, with on-site work and occasional travel.

You will bring Python/C++ expertise, embedded Linux bring-up, and sensor integration know-how to ensure robust data-logging architecture, testing, and release readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or closely related field is required.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and C++ for developing, testing, and deploying automated driving applications.
• Hands-on experience with HIL or bench test environments and test automation in Python/pytest.
• Experience with embedded Linux bring-up (bootloaders, kernel/driver config, PCIe/Ethernet).
• Knowledge of ADAS sensors (Lidar, Radar, Camera) and their applications for data collection.
• Familiar with Git, Jira, and software development lifecycle tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve Data Collection HIL benches (hardware and software) and develop automated tests with pytest and Linux tools.
• Support bring-up and integration of in-house high-compute ECUs for data collection, including OS/BSP integration and HW/SW debugging.
• Assist initial integration of new ADAS sensors (Lidar, Radar, Camera) onto data collection platforms, including network configuration and time-sync validation.
• Develop, maintain and validate loggerware tools and OS, including logging HW bring-up and bug fixes.
• Triage system hardware and software bugs on bench and vehicle, reproduce issues, root-cause across electrical, firmware and software layers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for Data Logging architecture development and document procedures and bench configurations.
