Qualifications

  • Experience developing and defining system level requirements
  • Prior development or engineering experience preferred
  • Prior experience in systems integration preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Autonomy Systems integration engineers and architects to fulfill architecture requirements.
  • Coordinate with Technical program managers and Application Architects to meet program requirements (time, cost, quality).
  • Ensure base machine software changes are delivered on time for hauling releases (NPI/CPI).
  • Support field data collection kits activities including design support, procurement, shipping to site, and kit test support.
  • Document architecture specifications, software design descriptions, verification plans, test cases, procedures, and safety procedures.
  • Assist in verification and validation; support/troubleshoot hardware-in-the-loop and proving ground tests.
  • Participate in design and development of application software and algorithms for robotic platforms.

You will be responsible for autonomy hardware and software solution integration with base machine systems.**What You Will Do:*** Work closely with Autonomy Systems integration engineers and architects to ensure the product architecture requirements are fulfilled.* Work with Technical program managers and Application Architects to ensure that program requirements are being met (time, cost, quality).* Ensure that Base machine software changes are delivered on time for command for hauling releases. These can be NPI and CPI solutions depending on the state of the program.* Support Field data collection kits activities. Including design support, procurement, coordinating shipping to site, and kit test support.* Documenting architecture specifications, software design description, verification plans, test cases, operating procedures, and safety procedures.* Assisting in the verification and validation process.
