Job summary

Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) seeks a Development Lead to oversee the power and signal distribution development for NAFTA vehicle applications. You will coordinate design best practices for wiring systems and lead internal engineering teams and supplier resources to design and develop all wiring harnesses in the vehicles.

The role requires strong leadership, deep automotive electrical knowledge, and the ability to deliver high-quality electrical designs across platforms within the

Qualifications

Bachelor or higher in engineering from ABET accredited program.
Minimum 8 years in automotive electrical engineering.
Minimum 5 years in electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of vehicle packaging and system integration.

Responsibilities

Lead development of power and signal distribution for NAFTA vehicle applications.
Coordinate internal engineering and supplier resources to design and develop wiring harnesses.
Implement design best practices for wiring systems across platforms.
Ensure high quality electrical designs across the vehicle architecture.
