The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of validation engineering experience in the automotive industry and possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to facilitate testing and work closely with suppliers. Travel may be required up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of validation engineering/testing experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability to use lab equipment for internal testing.
• Experience working with suppliers and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation activities for the Slate Interior program.
• Facilitate physical validation activities and document disposition.
• Develop, manage, and publish DVP&R for specific sub-systems.
