Job summary

Martin Tire Company in El Paso, TX is seeking an Automotive Technician / Mechanic to diagnose and repair customer vehicles per MAP guidelines and manufacturer standards. You will work with ASE-certified technicians on brakes, alignments, oil changes, batteries, shocks and more.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ASE or equivalent training/experience preferred.
• Must possess current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses vehicles according to appropriate certifications/experience.
• Performs work as outlined on inspection/repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Explains diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and store staff.
• Recommends necessary services to keep the vehicle running smoothly and documents findings.
• Follows safety procedures and reports concerns to supervisor.
• Maintains ASE certifications and renewals.
