Job summary

Martin Tire in El Paso, TX is seeking a General Service Technician to perform non-technical service tasks such as oil changes, tire and wheel services, alignments and basic maintenance under ASE‑certified supervision.

You’ll work Monday–Saturday with a starting wage of $12–$15 per hour, based on experience. The shop offers competitive pay, paid holidays and comprehensive benefits to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, supplies, tires, etc. from vendors using the company vehicle.
• Operates company vehicle safely and obeys traffic laws.
• Performs State Safety and Emission Inspections as required.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing and tire rotation.
• Conducts oil changes and basic services as directed by supervisor.
• Observes vehicle condition and notes safety concerns to the Store Manager.
• Documents vehicle condition using Inspection/Repair Order.
• Maintains cleanliness of the shop, racks, showroom and surroundings.
• Follows safety procedures and reports concerns to supervision
