Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer care. The role emphasizes leadership and mentoring while maintaining high repair standards in a fast-paced auto service environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Three years of automotive repair experience or vocational-technical training.
• A.S.E. certification in at least one of A1-A8 (L1 acceptable).
• Reading, writing and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain repairs to non-technical customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians and mechanics in technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications with company-paid tests and fees.
