Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Senior Technician in the Annandale, VA area to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while guiding a team toward higher customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, and computer systems; mentoring technicians; maintaining ASE certifications; and pursuing a state inspection license where applicable. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer vehicles.
• Strong skills in brakes, hydraulics, and suspension systems.
• Current federal/state licensing and ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-technical customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid training and certifications.
• Train and mentor technicians to improve team performance.
• Pursue ASE certifications and state inspection license as applicable.
