Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leveraging leadership and mentoring skills to lift team performance and customer care.

You will work on brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, suspension, and computer systems, with ongoing formal training to stay current with evolving automotive tech. The role requires ASE certifications within two years and a valid driver's license; pay reflects regional rates and flat-rate incentives

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• ASE certifications in at least three of A1-A8 within first two years of employment (tests and registrations fees paid by company).
• 3 years of automotive repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment).
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through formal training and mentoring of technicians.
• Maintain ASE certifications as required and strive for tests passed bonus where applicable.
