Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team toward higher customer care. The role offers a performance-based pay model and a focus on training and certifications.

Based in the United States, this position emphasizes staying current with automotive technology, mentoring junior technicians, and achieving ASE certifications within the first two years to advance within Bridgestone’s service network.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics/steering & suspension.
• Experience with electrical systems and tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/licenses where applicable.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology via formal on-the-job training.
• Assist and mentor technicians as needed.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; test fees paid by the company.
