Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while leading a small team to improve customer care and satisfaction.

You will diagnose, repair, and explain findings to customers, while staying current with evolving automotive tech through paid training. The role offers a robust compensation model and opportunities for ASE certifications within the first two years.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension.
• Certification/license as applicable; ASE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for braking, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians; pursue ASE certifications (L1 acceptable) within two years.
