Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician in Minnesota to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward improved customer care. The role offers a $1,750 sign-on bonus for first-time hires and a flat-rate pay model based on tasks completed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• 3 years of automotive repair experience or vocational-technical training.
• ASE certification in at least one of A1–A8 (L1 acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brake and hydraulic, exhaust, electrical, fuel ignition, suspension and alignment, and air conditioning & computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within two years of employment.
