Job summary

Hudson Automotive Group in Fayetteville, NC is hiring an Automotive Technician for the Fayetteville Dodge Ram service center. The role offers a potential yearly income of $70,000 to $120,000 with commission opportunities and fuel-diesel tech premiums.

A retention bonus and accruing PTO are included in the benefits package. Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs to engine/transmission/electrical systems, and collaboration with Service Advisors.

Qualifications

3-5+ years automotive technician experience required.
Manufacturer experience preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Customer-focused professional who is self-motivated, competitive and coachable.

Responsibilities

Technicians perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC.
Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers and estimate time for additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and coordinate with parts to obtain needed parts.
