Job summary

Fayetteville Dodge Ram, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is actively seeking Automotive and Diesel Technicians to join a high-volume service team in Fayetteville, NC. The position offers year-round income potential with flat rate pay exceeding $50/hr for diesel technicians and a yearly retention bonus plus accruing PTO.

Requirements include a valid driver's license and 3-5+ years of automotive technician experience; manufacturer experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years automotive technician experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Manufacturer experience preferred.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, coachable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional service needs and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and coordinate with the parts department.
