Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group in Asheville, NC is seeking Experienced Automotive Technicians to join our expanding service team. You will perform factory scheduled maintenance, diagnose and repair vehicles, and communicate with service advisors to ensure the best customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of technician experience required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer standards.
• ASE certification(s) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow all manufacturer repair and diagnostic procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns or issues.
• Communicate with service advisors about repairs and additional needs for the vehicle.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Work as a team with the service department professionals.
• Participate in classes and training to advance knowledge of working on vehicles.
