Job summary

Fred Anderson Subaru of Asheville is seeking experienced automotive technicians to join our growing team. You will perform factory scheduled maintenance and repairs, test-drive vehicles, and clearly communicate needs to service advisors.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications required or preferred.
• 2–3 years of technician experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow repair/diagnostic procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns or issues.
• Communicate repairs and needs to service advisors.
• Present vehicles professionally and clearly to customers.
• Work collaboratively with service department staff.
• Participate in training to advance vehicle knowledge.
• Stay updated on product and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain strong communication and organization for best customer service.
