Qualifications

Two+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities.
Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience.
Ability to perform repairs independently and accurately.
Good repair-order documentation habits.
Commitment to quality workmanship.
Willingness to pursue technical training.
Own basic technician tools.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electrical, drivability, mechanical, and vehicle-system concerns.
Perform Ford warranty and customer-pay repairs.
Complete Ford recalls and service campaigns.
Perform scheduled maintenance and general automotive repairs.
Use Ford diagnostic equipment and service information.
Document findings clearly and accurately.
Communicate repair needs to Service Advisors.
Conduct road tests and quality-control checks.
Continue training toward advanced Ford certifications.
