Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Rochester Hills is seeking an experienced automotive technician to diagnose and repair vehicles.

The shop emphasizes quality work by a small, expert team, with opportunities to advance to Lead Technician, Shop Foreman, or Technical Manager as the business grows. The role offers a competitive pay range of $45-$55/hour with weekly pay, a Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends), 80 hours PTO plus 72 hours sick time, 6 paid holidays, health benefits with the employer paying

Formación

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical abilities.
• A-Level / Master-level mechanical skills.
• Transmission experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Your own professional tools.
• ASE certifications preferred, but proven ability matters more than certificates.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced vehicle diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
• Drivability concerns.
• Transmission diagnosis, repair, and replacement.
• Engine diagnosis and major mechanical repair.
• Complex repairs other technicians may not be equipped to handle.
• General A-Level automotive repair when needed.
