Aspire Talent Solutions in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking an experienced automotive technician to join a small, experienced team focused on quality over speed. This role offers a clear growth path from A-Level Technician to Lead Technician or Shop Foreman as the business expands.

We provide competitive pay ($45–$55/hour), weekly pay, and a benefits package including 80 hours PTO, 72 hours paid sick time, 6 holidays, and health insurance with the employer covering 50%.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
Strong diagnostic and electrical abilities.
A-Level / Master-level mechanical skills.
Transmission experience strongly preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Your own professional tools.
ASE certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Advanced vehicle diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
Address drivability concerns.
Perform transmission diagnosis, repair, and replacement.
Handle engine diagnosis and major mechanical repairs.
Tackle complex repairs beyond typical shop scope.
Provide general A-Level automotive repair when needed.
