Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a senior AUTOSAR-focused engineer to develop, integrate, and validate automotive system solutions for Zonal Controller, Central Computing, and SDV applications. You will drive customer POCs, enabling adoption of NXP solutions across global teams.

The role requires at least 5 years in AUTOSAR Classic, strong MCUs experience, and expertise in C/embedded development. You will work with DaVinci tools and MCAL configurations, with knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR and POSIX

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of AUTOSAR Classic Platform experience with strong OS, BSW and system integration background.
• Strong background in automotive MCUs, understanding Cortex-M7/R52, boot process, and low-level driver development.
• Proficient in C and embedded development; able to read datasheets and debug complex issues.
• Familiar with AUTOSAR tools (DaVinci) and MCAL configuration; aware of Adaptive AUTOSAR and POSIX OS (Linux/QNX).
• Knowledge of middleware/protocols (DDS); basic networking and audio knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English (working language).

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and validate automotive system solutions for Zonal Controller, Central Computing, and Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) applications.
• Drive customer POCs to evaluate, demonstrate, and enable adoption of NXP automotive system solutions.
• Develop and integrate software, middleware, and networking technologies, including Audio over Ethernet, SDEN, RCP, AUTOSAR, Linux, and Ethernet.
• Create demonstration platforms and reference use cases showcasing NXP system solution capabilities.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams on solution development, technology enablement, and new product adoption.
• Support customers across Greater China with system integration, architecture definition, debugging, and technical issue resolution.
