Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in business or related area preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales; hold team accountable to action plans.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards.
• Lead by example in customer service for DIY and Professional customers.
• Oversee duties of store manager on duty and ensure safe operations.
• Lead change management and promote a diverse, respectful environment.
