Job summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and action plans.
• Hire, develop, coach, and schedule Team Members; ensure standards.
• Oversee inventory and operational standards; train staff on processes.
• Act as manager on duty, handle floor, safety, and open/close duties.
• Lead change management and foster an inclusive environment.
