Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Richboro, PA is seeking a Professional level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions and growth. The role partner with the GM to manage Team Members, dispatch drivers, and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers.

The candidate will bring expert automotive parts knowledge, lead daily tasks, and contribute to store profitability. ASE certification is preferred, and flexibility with days and weekend shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive parts and systems preferred.
• Ability to manage commercial customer relationships and drive profitability.
• Proven leadership experience supervising team members and coordinating daily tasks.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory and parts lookup tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and grow the commercial business.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Supervise Team Members and coach under the GM guidance.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
