Kwik Kar Lube & Tune in Keller, TX is seeking a Senior Automotive Service Advisor to efficiently manage 10–20 daily write-ups and guide repair orders from intake through completion.

You’ll present estimates, DVIs, and maintenance recommendations, while building a team-based, commission-driven earning plan with annual potential of $65,000–$100,000 and full benefits including medical, PTO, sick time, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Customer communication and service advisory skills.
• Ability to present repair estimates clearly and build trust with customers.
• Strong time management to handle 10–20 vehicles daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer intake and vehicle write-ups, documenting concerns and service needs.
• Create and present repair estimates and maintenance recommendations.
• Review and present Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with photos and videos.
• Coordinate repair orders from write-up to completion and keep customers informed.
