- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in automotive product development.
- Experience leading engineers or technical teams.
- Experience with development, validation, launch and sustaining production.
- Customer-facing experience and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the product engineering team with clear priorities.
- Plan and allocate internal and external engineering resources.
- Own complete product engineering outcomes for sensor families.
- Serve as senior technical contact for customers and sales teams.
- Drive engineering execution from concept through production.
- Lead problem solving for quality, warranty, and field issues.
