This role offers strong earning potential ($50,000 – $150,000+ annually) with commission, bonuses, and ongoing incentives, plus benefits starting on day one and access to a steady stream of internet leads.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive sales experience; you know the process and paperwork.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Strong closing ability and confidence to ask for the business.
• Relationship-building skills that keep customers coming back.
• Competitive, coachable mindset; excellence as standard.
• Professional presentation and communication, in person and online.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR.
• Bilingual skills are a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from first greeting to delivery and follow-up.
• Read customers, overcome objections, and close deals efficiently.
• Build and manage a pipeline of repeat and referral customers that compounds over time.
• Work internet leads and inbound inquiries with speed and professionalism.
• Collaborate with F&I and management to maximize deal profitability.
• Represent the Germain brand with integrity and a customer-first mindset.
