Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide automotive advice and maintain professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to support sales goals and metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise; follow cash handling and store procedures.
• Follow processes and safety policies; use PPE as required.
• Stay updated on parts, tools, and promotions; assist with basic installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
