Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance and automotive advice with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a productive store environment and achieve sales goals.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience and store metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise; follow cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required in the store environment.
• Stay up-to-date on AutoZone products, promotions, and installation services.
• Assist customers with simple installations (e.g., wipers, batteries, bulbs) and diagnostics when needed.
