Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge of parts and services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Contribute to meeting sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and support cash handling procedures.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow company safety policies and PPE requirements to maintain a secure work environment.
• Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions; assist customers with basic installations.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes and guide customers to solutions.
