Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in the automotive sector, 5+ years of program management, and deep knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and launch processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of automotive industry experience.
• 5+ years of direct Program Management experience.
• Experience leading multiple programs across customers.
• Strong knowledge of APQP and PPAP and automotive launch processes.
• Proven ability to manage program budgets, profits, and investments.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex automotive programs across multiple customers.
• Own programs from development and industrialization through launch and production readiness.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness, tooling, and plant readiness.
• Drive cross-functional program execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrialization, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales.
• Manage program timing, milestones, risks, resources, and profitability.
• Serve as primary customer interface, managing expectations and escalations.
