Job summary
Bose Corporation in Michigan (Troy) seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager – Automotive to lead complex engineering programs across software, hardware, and systems. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of professional experience leading complex engineering programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering programs with multiple teams and dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of PM including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, change, governance.
- Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams in product development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic global org.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex automotive engineering programs end-to-end.
- Develop integrated project plans with scope, schedule, budget.
- Collaborate with engineering to understand architecture and risks.
- Drive governance, KPIs, and program reviews.
- Manage project finances, forecasts, and resources.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external partners.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Communicate project status to senior leadership.
- Improve processes to increase execution efficiency.
