Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers in-store, by phone, and at dealer shops.
• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and policies.
• Execute sales practices, engage customers, assess needs, and demonstrate products.
• Support store operations including stock orders and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate deliveries and assist with logistics and fulfillment.
• Assist with Open/Close procedures and housekeeping.
