Qualifications

• Requires four-year college degree (public or business administration preferred) and three years of managerial experience.
• Requires knowledge of public and business administration.
• Requires ability to develop and maintain cooperative managerial working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, plans, organizes, directs and evaluates a statewide program related to administration of laws, rules and regulations under the Secretary of State; recommends improvements and implements revisions.
• Oversees daily operations of the Motor Pool; handles complaints and inquiries; prepares monthly production reports; handles employee and labor relations matters.
• Maintains vehicle records, processes vehicle invoices, manages credit cards and reports misuse, and ensures accurate billing and vouchers.
