Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities of one Taxpayer Assistance Call Center section.
• Serve as full line supervisor.
• Respond to complex tax inquiries and correspondence.
• Prepare division reports and advise manager of corrective actions.
• Direct and participate in special projects.
• Perform other duties within the scope.
