Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, coordinates and reviews janitorial activities to meet standards.
• Develops and implements improved janitorial procedures and productivity measures.
• Generates work orders and reports; attends divisional meetings as needed.
• Manages attendance, overtime and leave requests within union rules.
• Communicates with the Division Chief and building occupants daily.
