Qualifications

• OLED design experience in automotive is required.
• Experience with design tools such as CodeV, LightTools, SPEOS, or Zemax.
• Collaborates with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to develop display tech.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate into optical designs for OLED displays.
• Set up evaluation and measurement systems for performance validation.
• Understand design and manufacturing of display modules and components.
• Perform field failure analysis and evaluate production issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers on solutions.
