Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Ohio is hiring a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward higher customer satisfaction. You will train technicians, explain repairs, and stay updated with evolving auto tech through paid training.

Minimum five years of automotive repair experience is required, with ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8. The pay range reflects flat-rate compensation and a base hourly rate in a union-friendly market.

Qualifications

• Brakes diagnosis/repair and suspension/steering systems.
• Reading, writing and math skills for technical communication.
• A.S.E. certifications in at least 3 of A1–A8 required within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-technical customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
