Job summary

A global automotive technology company is seeking a self-motivated automotive electrical hardware engineer to join their design engineering group, focusing on ADAS systems. Responsibilities include supporting analog and digital circuit designs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and preparing technical documentation. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in automotive ECU development, a strong understanding of hardware systems, and proficiency in laboratory testing. Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years applicable experience in automotive ECU development.
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication.
• Capable of lifting equipment weighing up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support analog and digital circuit design through testing and analysis.
• Modify or create new HW designs for operational requirements.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on projects.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documents for production.
• Assist root cause analysis and corrective action for parts.

Skills

Embedded H/W design experience for automotive applications

Understanding of analog and digital hardware systems

Understanding of EMC specifications

Familiarity with laboratory test equipment

Familiarity with automotive SoCs

Communication protocols (CAN, LIN, USB, etc.)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/computer engineering
