Job summary

Parkway Automotive Sales Limited is seeking an experienced Automotive Dealership Group Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations for a multi-location dealer group. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in automotive retail.
• Prior experience as a dealership Controller or multi-store accounting leader is required.
• Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, inventory accounting, floorplan financing, and departmental reporting.
• Experience overseeing accounting operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for multiple dealership locations.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end statements.
• Review and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and profitability by department.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections for ownership and leadership.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Standardize procedures and reporting across locations; support month-end close.
