Job summary

Martin's Auto Repair in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician. You will diagnose, repair, and inspect a mix of domestic and European vehicles, using Autologic, Autel, Bosch, and Tekmetric tools.

Applicants should have 5–10 years of experience and strong diagnostic abilities. The role offers a flat-rate schedule with a 40-hour minimum guarantee, Monday–Friday hours, and semi-monthly pay.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities across diverse vehicles.
• Ability to work independently on complex repairs.
• Experience inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various vehicle types.
• ASE certification preferred; Master-level or advanced ASE a plus.
• European vehicle experience is a bonus but not required.
• Tekmetric or digital vehicle inspection experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and vehicle performance concerns.
• Perform advanced automotive repairs, general repairs, and maintenance.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs from diagnostics.
• Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment including Autologic, Autel, and Bosch.
• Conduct digital vehicle inspections using Tekmetric.
• Maintain accurate, efficient workmanship and communicate findings to Service Advisors.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Focus on diagnostics and repairs while Service Advisors handle parts ordering.
