Qualifications

• 8+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Own your tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Availability for rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
• Complete general repairs and scheduled maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Communicate with service writers to keep jobs moving
• Participate in daily shop meetings
• Help mentor junior technicians as the department grows
