Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician A to join our Timonium shop. You will diagnose complex issues, perform advanced repairs, and set the standard for quality in the shop.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE Master Technician or dealership certifications preferred (or equivalent experience with ability to certify within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
• ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work across Engine, Transmission, Suspension, Brake systems, Electrical, and HVAC as part of the automotive repair process.
• Mentor and train other technicians and service associates.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas according to safety standards.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer procedures or industry best practices.
