AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Southington, CT. You will perform advanced diagnostics and repairs, mentor other technicians, and maintain safety and quality in a busy shop environment.

With 6+ years of experience and ASE Master certification preferred, you’ll join a trusted brand offering training sponsorship, a strong team, and clear paths for advancement. Full-time schedule with competitive pay and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE Master Technician or dealership certifications preferred (or equivalent with 12 months to certify).
• L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, HVAC).
• Maintain high technical expertise and expand skills.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
