Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a team, and mentor colleagues. The role offers a flat-rate pay model with a range of $23.00–$38.91 per hour in the United States, including ASE certification support.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension, alignment, A/C and computer systems, while maintaining ASE certifications and training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Skilled in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
