Zusammenfassung

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team to improve customer care and satisfaction. Pay Range: $25.30 - $40.01 per hour, with a first-time sign-on bonus of $1,750.

Our team works under a performance-based flat-rate pay model, rewarding skilled professionals for each task completed. Minimum wage laws are respected, and ASE certifications are encouraged and supported.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes, hydraulics, steering & suspension and alignments.
• Skilled in general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within first two years of employment. Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company; technicians receive bonus for each test passed.
