Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional automotive technician experience (20+ preferred).
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to perform heavy mechanical repairs and full rebuilds.
• Experience with heavy trucks or fleet vehicles.
• Experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Tech, or Service Manager.
• Familiarity with ADAS-related systems (TPMS, sensors, calibration awareness).
• Experience with Windows/Linux-based diagnostic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics on electrical, mechanical, and electronic vehicle systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving CAN bus systems, ECUs, BCMs, sensors, and wiring.
• Utilize schematics, oscilloscopes, scan tools, and diagnostic software.
• Complete engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivetrain repairs.
• Diagnose and repair A/C systems (EPA Section 609 compliant).
• Conduct state inspections and emissions testing.
• Lead and support technicians with complex repairs and diagnostics.
• Oversee workflow, repair prioritization, and shop efficiency.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to customers and team members.
