Job summary

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Van Nuys is seeking an Experienced Automotive Controller to lead dealership accounting operations in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. You will manage the general ledger, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance while supervising the accounting team and coordinating with sales, service, and finance departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong automotive accounting and finance knowledge including GL management and financial reporting.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and accounting software; proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger management and monthly close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and analyze performance vs. budget.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Supervise accounting staff and provide leadership to the team.
• Coordinate with department managers on financial performance and compliance.
