Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Controller or equivalent dealership accounting leader.
• Proficient in CDK Dealer Management System.
• Experience managing multiple rooftops preferred.
• Strong month-end closing, reconciliations and internal controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial operations for two dealerships
• Lead and support the centralized accounting team
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review dealership financial statements
• Ensure accurate and timely manufacturer reporting
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, inventory, and deal accounting
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and financial institutions as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency
